Free tracked shipping on every order

Every order ships completely free with full tracking, to the United States and worldwide. No minimum order and no hidden fees at checkout.

 

Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible after your purchase. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

 

Delivery

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery time depends on your location and your local carrier. Tracking is included on every order so you can always see exactly where your package is.

 

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These fees are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped we are unable to change the address.

 

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact us with your order number and a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. If a tracked package is lost in transit, reach out and we will make it right with a reship or refund.
